Hi! Im Faydren, The Student Success Coach. I founded my company after my daughter's disappointing post secondary planning process. The traditional education structure failed to provide her teachers with the training, time and framework to implement effective comprehensive post secondary planning.

My daughter needed much more than she received from her dedicated teachers.
​
It is now my personal and professional mission to ensure all students solidify a post secondary plan.
I am able to capitalize on my certification in gifted, special and general education in order to effectively coach a broad range of students utilizing a unique 3-pronged approach: college and career readiness, life skills instruction and cultural empowerment.

Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) is a proven framework utilized to "close the opportunity gap by preparing all students for college readiness and success in a global society". My training enables me to apply these research-based strategies as I coach your student to success. .
MADE in Dekalb Fellow
As a participant in the Manufacturing, Automation, and Distribution Emerging in DeKalb Fellowship, I learned how to strengthen the connection between classrooms and careers in the manufacturing and logistics industries. As a coach, I will connect students to leaders and opportunities within this burgeoning, modernized industry.
Vocal Justice Fellow
Vocal Justice empowers undervalued Black and Brown youth to become socially conscious leaders, by teaching them how to communicate authentically and persuasively about issues. As a veteran Fellow, I have helped students to express their perspectives on schoool and commnity related issues. I will equip your student with life-long self-advocay skills.
POWER Fellow
The DCSD's Community Empowerment, Innovation and Partnerships Fellowship has provided me with objective data to guide programming. I am prepared to meet the unique needs of families and foster collaboration with community stakeholders.
